Got a clogged leaking toilet on Sunday morning and was desperate. Called few plumbers - either no response or they wanted to charge $200 service fee just for coming out. My water heater decided to go out on me on a Saturday. My go-to plumber retired a couple years ago, so I was on the hunt for a new go-to plumber. Read countless reviews and price shopped. Sent out a request for a plumber to fix an exterior hose connection and by noon the next day Emergency Plumbing had fixed the issue. They were very easy to communicate with and gave a quote through Yelp (rather than making you pay a $50 service call to give an estimate like most other plumbers). The fix was quick and easy and payment was a breeze as well. I would recommend this business and use them again if necessary (but hopefully not necessary!)

Excellent response time by Konstantin. Martin arrived on time to deal with drain backups in laundry and kitchen sinks. He identified the problem to be in the laundry area and quickly cleared it up. Martin was very personable and professional and the price was fair. I've been in my house for 30 years and have used many plumbers. Emergency plumbing installed our toilets in three of our bathrooms. They even pointed out things to us we hadn't noticed about a pipe that had been leaking which was so helpful! We were so pleased with this experience that we asked them to come back to cap pipes in our basement. Very reasonable price and great on timing. Very friendly!

I've called Konstantin first for my water spigot breaking. He cut out the pipe and installed a shut off valve the next day.

Second; my water heater went out on a weekend. His guy came in and swapped it out quickly and made it so we could have warm showers for work the next day and the pricing was fantastic, plus they hauled away the old one.

Last night my drain backed up during a laundry cycle. He came out today and hydrojetted my sewer line and showed me video before and after of how many roots had invaded my clay pipes.
